Your order will be shipped within 24 business hours.

The delivery times indicated when placing an order are only estimates provided by our delivery partners and are in no way a guarantee.

The default shipping method is Colissimo parcel delivery. We reserve the right to change the shipping method and refund the difference. You can choose your shipping method by emailing us to find out the exact shipping cost.

Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products shall not entitle the buyer to: compensation for damages; or cancellation of the order.

Best practices to follow when receiving a package that has been damaged: whether the delivery person is present or you’re picking it up at the post office:

• The apparent condition of the package If the delivery does not meet the requirements

• Note the problem encountered on the delivery slip: damaged packaging, broken warranty seal, leak, etc.

• If you refuse the package, please clearly state the reason(s)

Once received, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Exchange

If you’d like to exchange the item for a different size or style, please return it via Colissimo, following the instructions mentioned above, and let us know what you’d like in its place. Once we receive the return, we’ll email you a payment link for €3.90 to cover the shipping costs for the new shipment. After payment is received, we’ll ship your order.

If a product is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you by email.
